The company was set up in 1993 with annual production capacity of production 600, tons of Polyester Textured Yarn. By the year 2010, Production capacity increased to 30000 TPA (based on 75/36 Denier). The Company has installed POY plant of 60000 TPA capacity at Silvassa. The plant is designed to produce various types of yarn.

The Company has installed a POY plant at Silvassa with 18 POY lines, of which 5 lines of POY has been converted to FDY lines. Now the capacity of POY is 40,000 TPA, Flat Yarn is 2880 TPA (based on 150/36 Denier) and FDY is 23,063 TPA (based on 75/36 Denier). The plant is designed to produce various types of yarn and specialty yarns.

The Company has an objective to grow globally through its cost competitive products. The Company is supplying various types of polyester filament yarn throughout India and endeavors to maintain optimum customer satisfaction, and excellent brand image.
